If you have, you might be wondering who they are, whether we work with them, and whether we offer the same or similar services. Who are Concept Car Credit? 

Just like Car Finance 247, Concept Car Credit is a credit broker based locally in Manchester, UK. Founded and established in 2004, they work alongside 9 different car finance lenders and specialise in providing access to car finance tailored to different budgets and financial circumstances. They also stock a range of used cars that you can buy directly from them.

It’s important to note the difference between a broker and a lender here. A lender is the organisation that directly provides the funds to finance a car, whereas a broker introduces people to lenders and helps match people to the right lender for their circumstances. Concept Car Credit is a broker, so you’re not borrowing money directly from them when you apply for car finance.

Do we work with Concept Car Credit? 

Although we offer very similar services, we don’t work directly with Concept Car Credit here at Car Finance 247. We only work alongside a panel of our own lenders (just like Concept does) as well as a number of local car dealerships, all of whom we can introduce you to to help you purchase a car and get accepted for car finance. Concept Car Credit does offer similar services to us, but we operate as separate businesses.

What’s the difference between Car Finance 247 and Concept Car Credit?

Let’s start with the similarities. Both Car Finance 247 and Concept Car Credit are car finance credit brokers. As brokers, we’re the ones who introduce you (the car buyer) to the lender who may be able to offer you a car finance deal. We don’t lend you the money directly. We both also work alongside a panel of lenders who we have close working relationships with. Some of these lenders are unique to our own panels, while others overlap. The slight difference here is that Car Finance 247 operates on a slightly larger scale, with access to a larger panel of lenders.

A key difference between Concept Car Credit and us is that Concept has its own offering of used cars which you can buy directly from them. While we don’t have our own stock of vehicles to sell, we do work with 4,000 local car dealerships, and you can access and browse their entire stock of cars online via our members portal.

Both Car Finance 247 and Concept Car Credit can introduce you to specialist lenders who can offer finance to people with different financial needs and circumstances, including those who specialise in poor credit car finance. However, here at Car Finance 247 we also offer a broader range of specialist car finance options that goes beyond used cars. This includes finance for vans, motorhomes, caravans and motorbikes. 

We also work with lenders who specialise in financial circumstances outside of poor credit, including for cars with negative equity, finance for self employed people, and finance for people who’ve been refused car finance in the past, have no deposit to put down, or have CCJs and IVAs.
